He is neally 6 weeks old ,but he has been sick twice and ,always nipping ,

I would give him a good quality dry food mixed with a tiny bit of water and a little canned food mixed in for flavor. Normally puppies learn not to nip by being with their brothers and sisters until 8 weeks old. When he nips you, say owww and stop playing with him. That is what his siblings would have done. You should be able to get information on how to care for him from his breeder. If you think he needs milk - get puppy formula from the pet store and he can have that. Do not worm a sick puppy unless your vet says it’s ok.
