QUESTION:[ Other - Electronics ] Open Question : Ok to disconnect satellite speakers from subwoofer?
I have a set of Z-2300’s that is two years old. The sub is still good, but the satellites are on their way out. I ordered a set of X-540’s and I was wondering if I could run the X-540’s along with only the Z-2300 subwoofer. I’ve heard that it can overheat like this, but I need to know for sure.
