[ Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered ] Open Question : What would you do if your best friend outed you while you were in the closet?
This happened to me! I told my best friend like a long time ago and then yesterday (I wasn’t there) she told the biggest gossip at our school. This is how the conversation went. My two best friends Christina and Sophia talking.
Christina: Yeah there are two types of gay guys. The ones that watch Gossip Girl and the ones that watch Desperate Housewives.
Sophia: Thats not true…
Christine: Well Louis is an exception.
Rob(gossip): Wait Louis is gay?!!?!
Christina: Yeah.
Uhh I def told her not to tell anyone, oh and Sophia knew so it was ok but not the biggest gossip on school!
So how would you react?
I freaked out at first then became really sad and disappointed and my whole day was ruined. But then I confronted her and we had like a really long talk and we both eventually broke into tears… no one has ever seen me cry at school, I am not that emotional. So she knew she hurt me bad because I said “I’m not mad at you I am just so disappointed that you broke my trust and told my biggest secret to a person you don’t even know.” Then we had a heart to heart but everything is ok now.
