[ Drawing & Illustration ] Open Question : Which is best Photoshop for mangas/anime/real life picture edits?
They say its cs3 extended and stuff,I tried it but really doesnt look good
Theres people who have like an anime picture blinking,animation and stuff
Some one ones told me it could be Photoshop 7? I want like edits like the links below…anyone know which PhotoShop it comes from?
