QUESTION:

[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : Help with taking protein shakes? How much will I need and will I also need anything else?


I’ve just started doing weights regular and I have been bought some Maximuscle Promax.

I’m going to have one shake in the morning and one shake after my work out.

I was just wondering if it would be better for me to buy some creatine powder and have one of these shakes in place of one of the protein shakes.

It’s just that I’m not all that big and I’m taking the protein to gain sum weight but gain it in muscle.

I am also on a good healthy food that should help the process.
