[ Cooking & Recipes ] Open Question : Need help now! How do I compensate for too much lime juice in guacamole?


I just made a big batch of guacamole from a Martha Stewart recipe. The amount of lime juice just completely overwhelmed it and it’s all gushy. Does anyone know any way I can cut the lime factor…I don’t have any more avacados right now to add to it. I heard that when cooking soup if it is too salty you can put in piece of potato and it will absorb the salt. Is there something like that I can do with the guacamole? THANK YOU!!!
