QUESTION:

[ Cooking & Recipes ] Open Question : Help! My cheesecake won’t set!?


I got this recipe from the internet - I thought it had a lot of liquid, and now I have very thick yummy sweet cheese sauce. If I add more cream chees will it set? Or what can I add? The recipe says, mix all ingredients together, pour over the base and leave in the ‘fridge to set.

400g Tin of Condensed Milk
150ml (¼pt) Single Cream
