Hi i’m 15 years old about 56 kg and im an amateur boxer. I heard that interval training like sprinting is better for boxing than long runs and i was wondering if every day or every other day i do intervals of 100m sprints with a 30 second rest in between every single 1 for a km is far enough or should i do more?
